We want you to enjoy your Cup Collective goodies for as long as possible! 🤍 A little extra care will help keep your glassware, designs and accessories looking their best.

Glassware

Our glassware is suitable for both hot and cold drinks. The glass itself is heat safe, however, the applied design requires a little extra care to keep it looking its best.

Hand wash only with warm water and mild dish soap.
Avoid scrubbing directly over the design.
Do not soak your glassware.
Do not place the glass in the dishwasher. The heat and pressure can affect the design.
Our designs are waterproof, but they are not indestructible. Please handle your glass with care and avoid scratching, scraping or picking at the design.
Handle the glass gently to help prevent chips, cracks or breakage.

Hot and cold liquids can be safely used in our glassware. 🤍

Bamboo Lids

Our bamboo lids require a little extra care.

Hand wash only with warm water and mild dish soap.
Do not place in the dishwasher.
Do not soak.
Dry thoroughly after washing and allow to air dry completely.

Bamboo is a natural material, so variations in colour and grain are completely normal and part of its natural character.

Glass Straws

Our glass straws are dishwasher safe.

For the best results, rinse your straw after use and use the cleaning brush provided to clean the inside thoroughly.

Please handle glass straws with care and check them regularly for any chips or cracks before use.

Fabric Book & Kindle Sleeves

Our fabric sleeves are designed to keep your favourite reads protected and cosy. 🤍

Spot clean gently with a damp cloth where possible.
Avoid soaking or fully submerging the sleeve in water.
Allow to air dry completely before use.
Avoid harsh cleaning products, which may affect the fabric or design.

As our sleeves are handmade, please treat them gently to keep them looking their best.
