Our Shipping & Collection Policy

We’re just as excited as you are to receive your order! Every Cup Collective order is prepared from our home studio in Swan View, WA.

Made to Order

At Cup Collective, most of our products are made to order, which means we create your items especially for you once your order is placed.

This includes our glassware and bookish accessories, excluding our ready-to-ship Kindle Cases and sewn items.

Because your order is made with care in our home studio, please allow 2–4 business days for your order to be made and prepared before it is shipped or made available for collection.

During busy periods, product launches or pre-order releases, processing times may occasionally be a little longer. If there’s ever a significant delay with your order, we’ll always do our best to keep you updated.

Shipping

Once your order has been made and prepared, it will be shipped via Australia Post.

You will receive a tracking email once your order has been shipped, unless you have selected Standard Untracked shipping at checkout.

Shipping is available at a flat rate, with the cost calculated at checkout based on your delivery country.

For our Australian customers, spend $75 or more and enjoy free standard shipping!

Once your parcel has been handed over to Australia Post, delivery is unfortunately out of our hands and postal delays can occasionally happen. We really appreciate your patience if this occurs.

Please take a moment to double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If an order is sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout, we may not be able to resend it unless the error was made by us.

If your order arrives damaged or you believe your parcel has gone missing, please reach out to us. We know how disappointing this can be, and we’ll always do our best to help and work out the next steps with you.

Local Collection

Prefer to collect your order? We offer local collection from our home studio in Swan View, WA. 🤍

Orders are generally ready for collection within 1–3 business days.

Once your order is ready, you’ll receive a “Ready for Collection” email with everything you need to know.

Please wait until you receive your “Ready for Collection” email before coming to collect your order, as your order may not be ready before then.

Your collection email will include the collection instructions and details on arranging a suitable collection time.
