Our Shipping Policy

We're just as excited as you are to get your order! Here's everything you need to know about shipping with Cup Collective.

All orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days from our home studio. During busy periods, product launches, or pre-order releases, dispatch times may be slightly longer. If this happens, we'll always keep you updated.

All orders are shipped via Australia Post, and you'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Shipping is charged at a flat rate, with shipping costs calculated based on your delivery country at checkout.

Please note that once your parcel has been handed over to Australia Post, we are not responsible for delays caused by the postal service. Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order, as we cannot resend orders sent to an incorrect address unless the error was made by us.

If your parcel arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. We'll do everything we can to assist you in resolving the issue.
