Our Shipping Policy

We're just as excited as you are to get your order to you! Here's everything you need to know about how we ship at Cup Collective:

All orders are dispatched within 2 - 5 business days from our home studio. During busy periods or new drops, there may be slight delays - but we always keep you in the loop.

All orders are sent via Australia Post, your tracking link will be sent once your order has been dispatched.

Currently we ship Australia Wide and New Zealand. Stay tuned, we are working on bringing our collective worldwide soon. 

Local collection is currently unavailable

Please note we are not responsible for delays caused by postal services. Ensure your shipping details are correct - we can't reship orders sent to the wrong address unless it's our error. If packages go missing or arrive damaged, contact us and we will do our best to help.
