Cup Collective Return Policy

We want you to absolutely love your Cup Collective goodies! If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

Due to the fragile nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged or faulty, please get in touch with us within 2 days of delivery so we can make it right. 

Please email cupcollective@outlook.com with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. We'll get back to you within 2 business days to arrange a refund.

We do not offer returns or refunds on sale items, mystery items or gift cards. 

Return shipping (if required) is at the customer's expense unless the item is faulty.
