We want you to absolutely love your Cup Collective goodies! If something isn’t quite right with your order, please reach out, we're always happy to help.

Change of Mind

Due to the made-to-order and fragile nature of many of our products, we don’t offer returns or exchanges for change of mind.

We encourage you to carefully check product descriptions, sizing and personalisation details before placing your order. If you’re ever unsure about something, please get in touch with us before ordering and we’ll be happy to help.

Damaged or Faulty Items

We take great care when making and packing your order, but unfortunately, sometimes things can happen during transit.

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Please email cupcollective@outlook.com with:

- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the damaged or faulty item
- Clear photos of the packaging it arrived in

Once we receive your details, we’ll review the issue and get back to you within 2 business days to arrange a replacement, store credit or refund, where applicable.

Exclusions

We do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds on sale items, mystery items, gift cards or personalised/custom-made products, unless the item is faulty or a remedy is required under Australian Consumer Law.

Return Shipping

If we need you to return an item, return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or we have made an error with your order.

Please Note

Our products are made to be loved and enjoyed, but damage caused by misuse, accidental damage after delivery or normal wear and tear is not covered under this policy.
